I once came across a status on twitter from @life notes which stated  having a good heart sucks  because you trust too much, give too much and love too much".

How many times have you been dissapointed by your closest friends or how many friends have lost along the way. Not to mention the countless times you  told yourself no more friends.

After my bad experiences my definition of  friends is the closest enemies one can have. Some people believe  rather the devil you know than that you don't know.  I beg to differ rather the devil I don't know. The devil I don't know won't give me sleepless nights, dissapoint or turn their backs on me when in times of  need.

Sometimes its not that people are bad its  just confusing  their friendliness for friendship, which  are two  different things. hence we fall into the trap of thinkin that people who share a joke, have  good times with  and come to you for help are friends.

Two people come out of a building and into a story

Two people come out of a building into a story reminds me of  the day I went to an interview at Sentient Communications few minutes after that I signed a contract.   looking  back at how the interview changed  my Resume and how I'm  able to impress people with my CV. Going in as a  Second year student and came out as an employee was  a life changing experience. The MD of the company came to fetch me and we went to  the board room went into a building and came out of my workplace with my colleague.

I was'nt  sure what to expect and I really didnt believe in myself but everything went well  and they told me there and then that  I was part of the their team.  After the meeting I went around with my MD introducing me to the staff as the intern.

How hard is it to follow instructions

like really how hard can doing something that you have been  told how to do it be so difficult? I personnally think its plain ignorance. I know  lot of people who suffer from this silent disease...sometimes its just not wanting to do what you are instructed to do as simple as that.

"Something that I have learnt and found to be very efficient and effective in one-on-one communication is to ask the receiver to repeat the instruction back to me. It seems to make the instruction stick in the mind of the receiver''.

fact of the matter is We deliberately don’t follow instructions because either we are too lazy to read the instructions we think our own way of getting it done is just so much better.
